IDEA EB-5 Bonds Project- Sold
EB-5 Bonds, in partnership with World Trade Center San Francisco (WTC-SF), is coordinating a Private Placement offered by IDEA EB5 Bonds, LP to fund IDEA Public School available to foreign Accredited Investors.
IDEA Public Schools Bond Project was a limited partnership which features AAA-rated bonds and created over 1,761 EB-5 creditable jobs. Investors received 5% of the interest on the capital invested and were able to submit I-526 applications immediately after the bonds were purchased.

EB-5 Bonds, in partnership with World Trade Center San Francisco (WTC-SF), coordinated a Private Placement offered by IDEA EB5 Bonds, LP to fund IDEA Public School. The bonds were purchased in September 2015 and were used for the construction of IDEA Public Schools.
IDEA public schools are public charter schools geared towards assisting children in underserved areas prepare for a college education. IDEA is on-track to becoming the largest producer of low-income college graduates in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas. Currently, 100% high-school graduates of IDEA schools have been accepted to college.
